Terms of Service

01. Framework Acceptance
By accessing the web architecture, utilizing the APIs, or commissioning the software development services of Exorbis Tech Labs, you explicitly agree to be bound by the protocols outlined within this Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Terms of Service. If you do not consent to these structural parameters, you must cease the utilization of our digital infrastructure immediately.
02. Intellectual Property & Licensing
The core architecture, front-end ecosystems, proprietary algorithms, and in-house innovation hubs (including but not limited to MiyoKart, Medi-Line, and Safe Park) are the exclusive intellectual property of Exorbis Tech Labs.
License Grant: Client projects developed by Exorbis are licensed according to individual contractual agreements. However, underlying foundational codebases, structural APIs, and proprietary Exorbis SaaS technologies remain globally protected under international copyright, patent, and trade secret laws. Reverse engineering of our deployed systems is strictly prohibited.
03. Utilization Parameters
You agree to interface with our digital infrastructure strictly for lawful, enterprise, or informational purposes. Prohibited executions include:
- ▹Deploying malicious payloads, DDoS vectors, or unauthorized penetration testing against our servers.
- ▹Scraping, cloning, or replicating our UI/UX designs or backend logic without explicit authorization.
- ▹Utilizing our communication channels to transmit unsolicited corporate spam or disruptive content.
04. Liability Limitations
While we engineer our systems for high-availability (99.9% uptime targets) and robust security, Exorbis Tech Labs, its executives, developers, and global affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, server downtimes, data loss resulting from third-party vendor failures, or revenue fluctuations stemming from your reliance on our digital infrastructure.
05. Governing Jurisdiction
This framework shall be governed and construed in accordance with the judicial laws of India. Specifically, any legal disputes, mediation, or arbitration arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, the operational headquarters of Exorbis Tech Labs.
